I've had a play around with the audio ebooks from Project Gutenberg, both the ones with computer generated voices and the human read ones. The ones which had people reading them were far better than the computer voices, which seemed to drop words and made you really concentrate on listening. I listened to "The Tale of Peter Rabbit" which was good (apart from a slight American accent!). I was just clicking on each individual file to open and play it which was quite a slow way, and rather disjointed as the story came in 3 files. It would have been better to download all the files and then play them.
Having used Tumble Talking books and Tumblebooks, it was interesting to look at other ways of making audio books available online.
